Very well done to Mae, Martha, Tom, William, Alice, Charles, Felix and Atti in Year 6 who ran a cake sale on Tuesday 21st November. They raised an amazing £76.86 for the British Red Cross. Thank you to everyone who came along and supported this good cause.
BBC Children in Need 2023
We are pleased to support the Children in Need appeal each year, often by asking the children to wear their most colourful clothes or pyjamas in return for a suggested donation amount.
This year we wore our pyjamas to school and brought in our teddies, raising £136! Well done everyone.

Helping the people of Ukraine
Our thoughts and prayers are with those whose lives have been turned upside down, especially the children. Our pupils have all designed a sunflower - the
national flower of Ukraine - bearing our thoughts, hopes and prayers for people
affected by the war in Ukraine.
Thanks to your generous donations, we have raised £181 for the Disasters Emergency Committee: https://www.dec.org.uk/appeal/ukraine-humanitarian-appeal
Many thanks also to the recent Year 6 Cake and Bracelet Sale after school, which raised a fantastic £210 for the DEC Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal. Very well done to the pupils that organised this and thank you to everyone for supporting this good cause.
Community Spirit in Year 6!
Very well done to our Year 6 pupils who organised an after school cake sale to raise money for two very good causes. They raised £122 in total, making £61 for Children in Need and £61 for MacMillan Cancer Support. Well done everyone!
MacMillan Cancer Support 2021
Whilst it didn't take quite the same form this year, the Friends of the School managed to raise £46.94 for this excellent cause, by selling cakes in the school playground after school. Thank you! MacMillan Cancer Support helps to support people living with cancer, from diagnosis through to treatment and beyond.
